Problem Definition Training

Why does this course exist?

We live in precarious and uncertain times, often characterised as the 4th Industrial Revolution.

Increasingly, there is an emerging consensus that we need to rethink leadership to engage with the challenges of our time. Leaders need to unlearn an old paradigm of leadership that is primarily individual and intellectual, and embrace a more inclusive and integrated approach.

In this world of complexity, challenge and possibility, proactively seeking out and defining problems through a growth mindset is central to being able to unlock growth.

We have seen the power of this in over 500 Problem Definition sessions that we have run as part of our core offer. As a consequence, a number of clients asked if we would be open to develop Problem Definition training as increasingly they see it as a key skill to both unlock growth and drive culture change.
